How many passengers fit on your boats.
We have two 8 – 9 passenger jet boats and one 10 – 12 passenger twin V8 engine jet boat.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy
48 Hours
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival day, loss of 20% of the total booking price.
24 Hours
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of arrival day, loss of 100% of the total booking price.
Bad Weather
In the event that Camjet cancels the tour due to bad weather. A full refund is offered or the tour may be postponed to a time when weather has improved.

When should I book?
You can book anytime in advance
1 week to 24 hrs is good by email or phone
Short notice bookings: 1 hr notice is usually available by phone

Can I take photos and video?
Yes you can, but only when the boat is moving slowly.
Cameras must be tucked away when the boat is moving fast. The driver will stop the boat if cameras come out when moving fast.
Photos and video of your tour are available to purchase after your tour to capture all those amazing at speed highlights.
Can I take a wheel chair on the jet boat or is it possible to take a family member on board that has a disability?
We can’t take the wheelchair on board, but have taken clients onboard with disabilities. We can offer a private tour and will require some strong friends or family members to help the person onboard. Once onboard they will need to be able to support themselves using the hand rails and while sitting between at least two strong friends or family members. We can then tailor the tour to suit their expectations, while maintaining safety. Give us a call if you wish to discuss further. Kind regards
